Ghost Hunt Remastered (re-release)

Ghost Hunt Remastered is a remastered and enhanced version of my first ever proper video game that I developed back in 2020 when I was still learning. The Original Ghost Hunt did really well which kept me motivated as a game dev.

I cancelled a lot of projects that I undertook after Ghost Hunt, yet, I gained a lot of experience from them nonetheless. I have since then garnered a lot of experience in game development and decided to move a level up, going for steam publishing, under the name, "Arkatia". 

I'm starting over, with the intention to make Ghost Hunt a series of horror games, with the first one being "The Ghost Hunt" which is currently under development and set to release on steam, it'll take a while as I'm also obliged to my work and all and I can spare just a few hours a week to work on it. But I didn't want to abandon the game that made me start it all, so I decided to enhance it and improve it a bit and re-release it back on itch.io, the platform where I started from. Hence, I'm re-releasing this remastered as a "Beta" version or more of an experimental version.

I'm re-releasing this also with the intention of growing a community for "The Ghost Hunt", which will consist of a deep immersive story, set in photo-realistic taiga terrain, aiming to immerse the player in a way that no other horror game has done before. This re-release of my old game does have it's flaws, which I decided to overlook given my focus on "The Ghost Hunt". 

Any and all kinds of feedback is welcome, as it will help me make "The Ghost Hunt" a game truly one of it's kind. I'm keeping this remastered free, as well as I've made the original release free as well, and I hope you all enjoy it! If you guys do like it, follow my itch.io page for I will be publishing a game page for the new "The Ghost Hunt" with steam link when it does come out! Any and all kinds of support is appreciated!

Nvidia GTX 1060 minimum  (To play on Ultra)

2GB VRAM minimum

8GB RAM

4GB Storage space 

NOTE: If you experience screen-tearing, try to change you base refresh rate to what your fps are, that should fix it. I didn't have much time to work on it and as a result, it completely left my mind that I had to add a V-Sync setting.
